Thank you for shopping with us! All of our products are custom-made to order using print-on-demand services. Because of this, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges.
Returns & Exchanges
Since each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Change of mind
- Color selection
- Buyer’s remorse
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right.
To request a replacement or refund:
- Contact us within 10 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Provide clear photos showing the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders go into production quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
