Because our products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partners, we begin processing orders quickly after they are placed. For this reason, order cancellations are only possible within a limited time window.
Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of being placed.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund.
Orders Already in Production
Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled or modified. At this stage, the item is already being custom-made specifically for your order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping information is correct when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.
If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to update the shipping details. Once the order is in production or shipped, changes cannot be made.
If Your Order Has Already Shipped
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for additional information.
